The estate of La Gardette, located at 2km of the Buis-les-Baronnies village, is in full nature and entirely independent. It is fully closed off, and partially bordered by the Ouvèze river. A private bridge gives access the residence. It includes a lower portion of about 130 ha, including the pond, the plantations and the residence, as well as a higher portion wholly wooded on the slopes of the "Mountain of Bluye".

The lower estate is a place dedicated to the exploitations, either agricultural or for fishing. An integrated irrigation system is present on all grounds. It allows the culture of cereals, olive-trees and orchards, particularly plum trees.

The woods, in perfect shape, offer hunters the joys of a private hunting territory full of wild game (hares, partridges, woodcocks...) in a peaceful environment.

Also, approximately 8km of paths suitable for all-road bikes criss-cross the estate, sometimes in strongly wooded and very fresh zones, sometimes on broad portions of arable fields.

A pond of approximately 2 ha contains many trouts, carps, tenches, poles... and is used as entertainment area by a family of beavers living in the vicinity !

The main residence dates back from the 17th century and has been extended up to the beginning of the 20th century. It consists of many large inhabitable portions. It now includes six apartments opened since June 2003.

The estate, from its geographical location, is largely sheltered from the Mistral wind, guaranteeing a significant comfort of stay. It should be noted also that the field is continuously maintained and supervised, a warden resides in the estate.
